Privacy notice

Your information, explained.

This notice describes the current simulation experience. It is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review before a regulated service launches.

Only provide information needed for the simulation

Credit forms do not request government IDs

Do not include real recipient banking data

01

Information used in the simulation

Registration collects name, email, phone and country, with passwords handled by managed authentication. Social sign-in may provide basic account details. Simulation applications store your selected card concept, name, country, employment category, sample income, sample housing cost and acknowledgement. Transaction simulations store the details you enter.

02

Why information is stored

Information supports account access, display of your own profile, simulated activity and application history. A simulation credit application is not used to access a credit bureau or make a lending decision. Do not submit sensitive documents or identifiers.

03

Access and browser storage

Managed sign-in uses session information in browser storage and may use cookies. Account records are owner-scoped. Anyone with access to your signed-in browser may see your simulation data, so sign out on shared devices.

04

Retention and privacy requests

Saved simulation records remain associated with your account; this prototype does not promise an automatic deletion schedule. Self-service account deletion and a staffed privacy-request channel are not available yet. Do not provide sensitive personal data until an appropriate request process is established.

05

Before a real financial launch

A production privacy policy must identify the operating legal entity, contact channels, legal bases, processors, transfers, retention periods and rights applicable to the user. This notice does not claim those production processes already exist.
